Where do we ship?
Henna City, Inc ships orders to the United States and all its territories, and to various other countries.How much does it cost?
Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very difficult to precisely estimate shipping costs online. Once your order is processed and packed all shipping charges will be calculated when an accurate shipping weight is determined. However, since we have arranged for lowest shipping rates with UPS, we make sure to use the lowest cost with whatever you order. All shipping charges are the exact rate given by UPS with no additional handling fees. Hennacity.com does NOT charge any additional shipping rates or fees. Your shipping rate is determined by package weight and order destination. UPS Ground charges an additional $2.50 for delivery to residential addresses. If you would like to avoid this additional charge you may ship your order to a commercial place of business.When do we ship?
All orders placed with Hennacity.com will be processed the same or the following business day after we receive the order. If rush delivery is requested please contact us immediately after placing your order to discuss express pricing. Transit time is strictly based on location from California.
